Review of support staffs work. Assisting with quarterly, half yearly and annual reports. Liaising with Auditors and external tax accountants. Preparation of CAPEX models. Fixed asset accounting. Monthly management reporting budget v actual. Variance analysis and commentary. Recording operational and financial trends. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Provide prompt and efficient telephone or email support for users and resellers who have a current maintenance agreement. Document all significant support issues in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. Report on significant support issues at regular office meetings and teleconferences. For support issues that are the result of possible software bugs, test and verify the bugs, enter the details into database, liaise with support and development to resolve issues. Occasional onsite training to clients. Experience A good understanding of Geology and / or mining exploration. Experience in providing support to customers. Knowledge of Geology software. Due to the global expansion of Micromine we are experiencing significant growth and require the expertise of an experienced Project Planner / PMO Administrator. The position will report to the Operations and Projects Manager and will be responsible for the following duties: Administering the MS Project Server 2007 (EPMS). - Adding new employees - Establishing and maintaining the cost code allocation for projects and resources - Own the EPMS configuration and make all system changes as our process and work flows mature. - Resolving day to day user problems. - Provide EPMS training to new employees. Administer the time sheeting entry and approval process (ensure all staff have entered timesheets and they are approved by their manager). Own, Maintain and Continuously Improve the Scheduling processes and procedures. (Sub-set of overall project management processes). Generate the weekly, fortnightly and Monthly project schedule/budget status reports (input into Executive Committee and Board Reports). Conduct monthly audits of all active schedules to ensure all processes are being adhered to by Managers and Team Leader. Provide assistance to Team leaders in Schedule construction and maintenance. Generation of ERP Exports at month end. Other personal and professional qualities needed: Proven EPMS experience. Experienced in a PMO working environment.
